RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY 

RETURNS

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Who pays for return shipping:

1. Customer pays: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item.

2. We pay: If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us and we will send a prepaid return label + replacement or full refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a FULL REFUND. No fees.

After 24 hours, we cannot cancel because your order is sent to our supplier for processing.
